Every citizen and foreign visitor will have a National ID card. This card is required for identification, entering an HHS Housing complex, entering an airport or train station, visiting a hospital, and entering a government building. The only exception of the government building is HHS for getting a new ID to replace a lost/stolen card.
The card is about the same dimensions of a credit card. It has a photo, name, DOB, gender, height, eye color, and National ID Number. It also possess a smart chip which can act as an ATM card for the national bank. NFC is also supported for use with HHS housing.
The National ID card can be replaced by mail if need be. Obviously, the person must keep their address up to date with the government. The ID is free every 4 years, and a $50 charge to replace a lost/stolen card within that 4 year replacement.
