The ETAP (Essential Trade Assistance Program) is a program to allow low income household members to receive a free education tuition for the trade of their choice. This is intended to get people out of poverty, and have a higher qualify of life made available to them. ETAP will cover all of their expenses with exception of student housing and meals. The education, tools, and required clothing will all be included. Since the citizen is a full time student, the school will pay for public transportation which they will just use their ID card when boarding a supported bus system.
ETAP is only available to low income households and for citizens only. And as mentioned, it is only one ETAP per student. If the student wishes to enter another trade, they will have to pay for it themselves. ETAP will be an invaluable tool when used correctly, and the payback for the government will be high quality tradesmen that would be able to invest in the economy, and not have to rely on social welfare programs to suffice.
