Directory Page

Everyone with an NIN will be required to have a directory page. This page must include the name, and at least 1 contact point. A contact point is an email? address, website, mailing address, or telephone number. This is intended to reduce misbehavior on the internet. This means I can not lie about my name, and possibly the contact point. If my NIN is 52022554377, then someone just has to go to https://id.ka/52022554377, and get my name, and one or more contact points.

All information on the directory page can also be installed into a linked .vcf file. In my case, this could be https://id.ka/52022554377.vcf. Any changes to the directory page will update the .vcf file, and assure that the information is as accurate as can be. While someone might see this as an invasion of privacy, keep in mind, I can choose what information is available for the viewer to see. I can simply include an email address, and nothing else. And since one could easily guess my mail.ka email address (being 52022554377@mail.ka), there is nothing more the viewer will need to have other than my NIN.

A directory page will have a very similar look and feel to a .tel page. You can see what an expanded .tel page looks like by going to http://fsp.tel. The directory page is simple, and to the point. There is no content beyond the contact information. If a person wishes to have an actual website, they can acquire a .ka domain, or get a www.ka website.
